Here is the overview of the January 26th meeting:

• The constitution was reviewed for the new members
• The website was discussed
• E-mails and contact info was taken
• The status of Batguy was discussed
• Many of the smaller projects in queue, such as The Factory are now temporarily on hold
• The I.M. Independent Collection was discussed
• A new female voice acting position for Enterprise: Flashed was announced
• Chad and Josh announced their new project, Roomies
• Roomies will be a community project, involving all who want to help
• A plethora of positions from acting to camera work are up for people who are interested
• The sitcom will be shot on the DSU campus but will be a fictional place in the series
• Episodes will range from 17 - 22 minutes with commercial breaks to fill in the rest of the 30 minute block
• Open auditions will be held for anyone who wants to try out for a part
• A budget request for royalty free music and other equipment was voted on
• The Roomies pilot was read through by Chad and Josh
• An open discussion commenced for the pilot
• It was decided that meeting dates would be switched from Thursdays to Wednesdays to help accommodate schedules
