Film History:

This film was created for the Dickinson State University Alcohol Awareness through the Arts program.  This film has quite the history.  It was supposed to be released in early 2007 but saw countless delays.  The goal of this movie is to make people think.  In the past, every alcohol awareness movie I've seen is, well, shitty.  It usually involves people going out, getting drunk, someone dies, the end.  It's cliched and boring.  Now, I'm not saying my movie will fall into this realm, but my goal is that it doesn't.  I don't like to preach and I have no problem with people drinking.  This movie addresses exesive drinking and how it can be destructive.

This movie is also different from others in that it's a comedy.  The movie is meant to make people laugh.  The catch is at the end you're supposed to question things, especially with what you're laughing at.  This is what the laugh track is for.  Also, not to make excuses, but the movie didn't turn out quite how I wanted it.  The pacing is a bit off, but for the most part, the ideas are intact.
