Film Description:

After barely escaping death, Chad the Good Guy must track down Justin the Bad Guy and a archaeologist who are both planning to blow up the world.

Film History:

This film was supposed to be the link between Episodes 1 and 2 of The 99.9% Action Series: The Series.  In Episode 1 it appears Chad the Good Guy gets killed.  In Episode 2 he is perfectly fine.  So Episode 1.5 (or The 99.95% Action Movie) was supposed to show why Chad survived.  It also was going to tell a new story about how Justin the Bad Guy tricks a female archaeologist into finding the center of the Earth to plant a bomb.

The beginning of the movie was filmed, with such scenes as Chad explaining how the bullet barely scraped him and Justin throwing a bomb into the trash can so it'll be sent to the dump.  Footage of this was lost and all we have now is the memories.
