Additional Information: 

This sick idea had been swimming around in my head for a while.  It was basically a joke about how in the Star Trek universe, there seems to be no bathroom facilities.  After Needafix creates a very "explosive" meal, it is clear the Ahoyager crew needs a poop deck (a deck lined with toilets).  Another thing to note is Captain Pricard makes an appearance in this episode. There was going to be a joke about how Pricard deals with his potty issues by taking a dump in Mega Bit's cat's litter box.  So yeah, as you can see, it's a good thing this episode was never finished.
