Film Description:

When The Good Guy (Chad Troftgruben) receives a mysterious letter with a threat to blow up the world, he springs into action. Discovering its the devious Bad Guy (Justin Huber) who is behind the evil plot, the battle for Earth begins.

Film History:

No one really remembers the motives behind the production of this movie. Chad Troftgruben and Justin Huber were bored one day, and once again decided to make a random movie based on nothing but pure stupidity. Chad probably watched a movie the night before about a cop, which spawned the character he played. Justin probably stared at the wall for hours and decided to act like a dumb ass. This movie was also the first movie the feature the classic line “.1% of it is crap!” This line carried on throughout the series but was absent in The 99.9% Action Movie: The Movie.
