Film Description: When Chad The Good Guy (Chad Troftgruben) decides to take a well deserved vacation from the police force, Justin The Bad Guy (Justin Huber) returns to once again cause mischief. With a threat to blow up the world, Chad The Good Guy must fight for the future of mankind. Film History: This movie had only one purpose, to use a new special effect that Chad Troftgruben had downloaded at the time. When thinking of a story for the movie, Chad mentioned a sequel to the two year old The 99.9% Action Movie. Justin Huber agreed, just as long as he could fulfill his Street Fighter needs and shoot a Hadryuken blast out of his hands. The movie was filmed in one afternoon. Chad also strived to make the movie look as cheesy as possible, from a lackluster gun battle, to the random scenes of Justin The Good Guy saying such things as “I like cookies!” Also, lets not forget that Chad The Good Guy died in the prequel. Later on, Episode 1.5 was planned to fix this major plot hole, but it never got far. This is the shortest movie in the series, it is just slightly over three minutes long.
