Film Description:

Chad (Chad Troftgruben) and Nate (Nate Kostelecky), two of Earth’s greatest alien hunters, are sent to investigate a mysterious house. Upon their arrival, they fight off a vicious alien, find a bazooka under a bed, and even loose their heads.

Film History:

When I received my first digital capture card (a device that allows you to transfer analogue footage over to a computer), I had to try it out right away. I went through all my old tapes and came across Aliens- Chapter 1: The Alien Base. I captured the video and added sound effects into the movie (for when the heroes fired their guns and stuff). But, I decided to take it a step further. With the power of the text editor in my film editing software, I turned the letter “I” into a laser! Watching that “I” go frame by frame across the screen was a thrill at the time. Today, it just makes me want to puke.
