Film Description: After being frozen for over 1000 years, Chad and Nate wake up in a bleak future overrun by aliens. Film History: Ah, Alien Apocalypse, the third and final chapter in the excellent Aliens series. Okay, so maybe the series sucks, but it was still fun to make. In this episode, General Old Donkey (yeah, don’t ask) erects a force field around Nate’s house. Apparently this force field keeps Chad and Nate from aging and they go about their business for 1000 years. General Old Donkey’s plan was to freeze these two heroes incase if an alien invasion were to occur again. Once the force field powers down for unknown reasons, Chad and Nate venture out into the futuristic Earth… which just happens to look like 1999’s Earth. During their adventure, they encounter Cody, an old friend from the past who suffers radiation poisoning (see his hair) and fight vicious aliens. In the end Cody discovers that he has been fooled by an alien trick and that Chad and Nate were aliens all the long. So, another words, the plot sucks an ass. I remember during the time we filmed this, it was incredibly nice outside. It was October 31st and Nate and I were running around barefoot. There were also some incredibly stupid bloopers in this film. For instance, there is a part in the movie where Cody and I fight an alien. The person dressed up as the alien is Nate. We cut to a shot with a first person view of the alien as Nate runs up and punches him in the face. When we cut back, we see the alien fall, but Nate is no where to be found (because he’s wearing the alien outfit now). I guess we didn’t plan that out too well. Cody Dengel’s infamous line “radiation!” is also a memorable moment. To this day I’m sure Cody regrets doing this movie. However, it was a fun movie to make. But, like all of our older works, It’s only really enjoyable for nostalgic reasons. Film Information: Title: Aliens- Chapter 3: Alien Apocalypse Genre: Comedy/Sci-Fi Released: 1999 Available: I.M.
