Filmmakers meeting Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 5:00pm Klinefelter 108

Present: Amy, Josh, Chad, Dr. Haught, Bennett, Brandon, and Justin

Our current project, Sabers II was put on a brief hold due to weather conditions that hindered with the scouting process. The project will be resumed the weekend after next.

In addition to the walking tour that we are working on for this summer for Medora, we may also be asked to work with a cell phone tour. This would be recorded sound clips that could be accessed through a phone number that visitors could call from cell phones to receive information about certain sites.

The Campus Channel is in need of someone to run it. Anyone who is interested should talk with Chad or Josh. This would be a volunteer project and would help out the university as well as the club.

The charity dinner auction that we participate in has been moved to a later date, sometime in April.

Chad has decided to stay on for another year here at DSU and will therefore be running for president of the club. Anyone else that may wish to run for an executive office should email his or her nominations in to a current executive member by April 6th. Elections will be held during the week of April 23rd through 27th
